Welcome to ADPIA

The Australian Direct Property Investment Association (ADPIA) is the peak national body representing the interests of its members in the unlisted property investment sector: trusts and syndicates. ADPIA seeks to both promote and enhance the professionalism of its members and to assist those members in their dealings with financial planners, investors and other industry players, whilst also assisting Australians in achieving financial security through an expansive understanding of investment property.

With membership including property fund managers, property financiers and other property and mortgage professionals, ADPIA disseminates information and education, creates industry standards, lobbies regulators and State and Federal politicians, and encourages interaction/networking between members for their mutual benefit.

ADPIA advocates transparency, equality of treatment, education and the development of superior standards across the direct and unlisted property sector.
